Ken Mulvey is the president and owner of Supply Patriot a certified DVBE and SDVOSB supplier of construction materials. He has fulfilled two active tours of duty in the United States Marine Corps. During his first enlistment, from 1991 to 1995, Ken was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California with 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment as an Infantryman.  Always striving for something more, Ken became a member of the Battalion’s Scout/Sniper Platoon. As a member of the Scout Sniper Platoon, he had tours of duty in the Persian Gulf and Somalia.

At the end of his initial enlistment in 1995, Ken returned to his native New York City and became a Detective Investigator with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office and later specialized in Executive Security for the President and CEO of the McGraw Hill Companies.

“Once a Marine, Always a Marine” became a second-calling to Ken following the horrific 9/11 attacks on our great country. Just two days after the attacks that traumatized our nation, Ken took his physical and re-enlisted in the Marine Corps once again. Following another tour overseas in the Persian Gulf region, Ken completed his “career” as a Marine, but will always be a Marine.

A graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Ken is now settled with his wife, son (11) and daughter (9) in Orange County, California. Appreciative of the opportunities and experiences his military career afforded him, Ken and his family are active supporters of our active-duty military and their families – including Team Red, White & Blue, the YMCA Armed Services on Camp Pendleton and Blessings in a Backpack at Doris Miller Elementary School in Oceanside which helps to feed Camp Pendleton families.

Ken currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles ELITE Chapter of SDVOB. He is also a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

As the President and Owner of Supply Patriot with DVBE and SDVOSB certifications, Ken brings his enthusiasm for mission completion and leadership to each client project that fits his company’s niche as a supplier of construction materials. Supply Patriot’s clients include Clark Construction, Hensel Phelps, McCarthy Building Company, RQ Construction, URS and NAVFAC to name a few. Recent Supply Patriot projects include structural steel components for the Wounded Warrior Project on Camp LeJeune, Electrical Upgrades on Camp Pendleton, and the first phase of the new VA Medical Center Campus in New Orleans.
